If you have arrived at the airport and cannot locate your greeter please try to contact them on the agent details provided (if applicable). If you are still unable to reach your greeter please call our 24/7 customer service desk so they can quickly sort out your issue.
Our team are well versed with dealing with people who are travelling with pets or support animals. Kindly make us aware if you are travelling with an animal. Please make sure to note this down in the special requests and do familiarize yourself with your veteranarian and airline regarding the paperwork requirements necessary for pet travel and ensure this is prepared prior to your trip.
Please do not feel you are obliged to tip our greeters, however if you would like to do so then this is at your complete discretion.
Our greeters are usually able to assist with immigration and customs in your chosen location and escort you to your car or departing flight. However, kindly note an exception to this rule is an international arrival into the EU where our greeters can only assist from the exit of customs.
Please note that due to airport and airline regulations we are unable to book these services on your behalf. If you require special assistance services, please book these directly with your airline and inform us in the special notes section of the booking form so that we are aware of your needs.
